I really would have thought that I would have got a reply from the manufacturer of this app. As it looks like that is not the case I will try contacting someone at Apple. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this. thanks |

Photos stored in Pics would not be backed up by iTunes any more after iOS 5.0 released. We are very sorry about this but we just follow the current rule of Apple, we will continue to make effort with Apple to make your photos as safe as possible.
This means when you restore your iPad after upgrade to iOS 5, you may lost your photos. Sync your device will not lost photos. |

I haven't used this app for a few weeks. Now when I went back to it it's all changed. All my saved photos from the past year, which meant a lot have gone. Do you have any ideas? Thanks |

Loved the app until it crashed and I lost all my pic's. I click the app icon and get a folder on my screen followed by a click, then back to my home screen. If I reinstall the app I assume I will to get my folders back with the pic's? |

You don't need internet connection. Mirror display works in LAN. |

I had a whole bunch of folders that I had created in pics - but they've disappeared and now the folders are just the same as the albums in the native Photos app. What happened? It's just happened in the last two weeks or so. I don't want to spend time organising images in Pics if the folders will disappear again! Thank you. |

Hi developer, I use the lates Pics to store some personal photos. I had a very hard moment. I just lost those pics when trying restore my iphone from a latest backup, then I found I lost all the pics under My works and Private folders. The came roll is still there. I have no idea how to restore all the pics under these two folders. Does iphone do backup those folders other than camera roll? Any advice? |

Photos in Camera roll is the system album, which are not controlled by Pics. Thanks you. |

Thank you for your kind reply. Is that a way around? How about transferring photos via iTunes besides WIFI? |

Does the other app "Phoder" can be backed up when backing up iPhone? |
Phyar 2012-01-28 10:31:22 |
Yes, current version of Phoder can be backed up while using iTunes backing up. This is because it is released before iOS 5 released and we didn't update it since it works fine with iOS 5. But we can not guarantee that the future version can be back up. |

I'm encountering problems when trying to save pics to camera roll. Example: i select 25 pictures, try to save to camera roll, app counts down 5 or 6, app hangs. I use iphone button to switch to dashboard, go back into app, app crashes. When i look at camera roll some pictures about 7 are randomely saved. Details: ios 5.01, latest app, tried to rebuild library from scratch. Bug noticed since last update, before no problems at all Bug is present on ipad2 and iphone 3gs and iphone 4s Please advice, thanks Peter |

I just downloaded Pics for my iPhone 4 and I love it. I've been looking for something to organize the massive photos I have on the device. I do have a feature request to submit. Can you add a tagging meta base for the application? I'd like to tag different photos with different texts but I haven't found an app that supports everything I'm looking for. This is the one piece that's missing. Otherwise the application is awesome! |
